-Oral hygiene routine. Nothing tastes good after brushing your teeth.
-Drink a liter of water.
-Paint your nails. You can’t eat till they’re dry. Base coat, 2 coats of color, top coat. Don’t forget to trim your cuticles and file.
-Coffee. It gives you energy and suppresses your appetite.
-Chewy toys. There are stim toys for people with anxiety and autism that you can just chew on and it’s a great distraction while also getting the same sort of stimulation as food.
-Practice getting your eyeliner just right. Liquid liner is tricky. Practice makes perfect.
-Jumping jacks. Why not burn a few calories instead of eating them?
-Get some work done. I’m an artist and I can go hours without even thinking about food if I’m really wrapped up in a project. For me, it’s drawing. Maybe for you it’s a video game.
-Chew some gum
-Drink tea. The warmth will fill you up without the calories. Just go easy on the milk and sugar.
-Go shopping (window shopping or real shopping)
-Wash your hair and shave your legs. Maybe do a scrub, too.
-Face mask
-Take a nap. I always wake up from naps feeling nauseous.
-Clean! Do some laundry, clean the kitchen, scrub your sink, change your sheets, reorganize your closet!
